Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product:

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. Most orders include tracking information sent via email.

If you have not received your order or any shipping confirmation within *14 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@purehalowellness.com with your order number.

Multiple Packages & Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products will likely arrive in separate packages on different days, as products ship from different fulfillment centers. Each package may have its own tracking number.

Shipping FAQs

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some products are fulfilled from different locations to ensure the fastest delivery. If your order contains items from multiple fulfillment centers they will ship separately, each with its own tracking number if available.

When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–5 business days after placing your order, depending on the product. Check your email (including spam/promotions folders) for updates. 

What if I haven't received a tracking email?
Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. If you haven't received your order or shipping confirmation by then, contact us at support@purehalowellness.com with your order number.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
