At Pure Halo Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a clear, fair return process.


Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Returns are accepted for qualifying items that meet the conditions below.


Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received


Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons:

Opened or used wellness and personal care products (including Pure Halo Mist) are not eligible for return


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Provide your order number and photos of the issue

Once verified:

A replacement will be sent at no cost, or

A full refund will be issued if a replacement is unavailable


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after approval
