Because items may ship from different fulfillment locations, your order may arrive in separate packages.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product.

Pure Halo Mist (HOCl Spray)
Fulfilled and shipped by Pure Halo Wellness.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Eyewear Products (Blue Light ChemTech Glasses)
Fulfilled by our trusted U.S.-based supplier.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Most orders include tracking information sent via email once the order ships if available.


Multiple Packages & Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages because items ship from different fulfillment locations.

If this occurs, each package will have its own shipment confirmation.
